Sophomore Duties Checklist

_____ Raise Money ALL Year

_____ Homecoming Hallway Decorations

_____ Homecoming Float

_____ (Oct/Nov) Set Date for Snowball Dance in Fall (Check the Winter Sports Schedule)

_____ Put Date on Calender in Office

_____ (Oct/Nov) Get DJ for Snowball as early as possible

_____ (December) Begin Snowball decoration and theme ideas

_____ (January) Make decorations

(3 weeks prior to Snowball)

_____ Get custodian for dance ($100)

_____ Start Getting Chaperons and Principals

_____ Set Ticket Price & Make Tickets: either use copy proof paper or have numbered tickets paired with ID numbers.

_____ Make Ballots for each class: Take names from attendance for Freshman, Sophomores & Juniors, plus Homecoming Queen from Senior class.

(1-2 weeks prior to Snowball)

_____ Sell Tickets

_____ Get volunteers to help decorate and clean-up

(2-3 days before dance)

_____ Have a homeroom for voting (Sponsors count votes!!), have a run-off if there is a tie.

_____ Friday; get change for dance (if price will call for $1 then get a ton)

_____ Friday night & Saturday Morning; decorate.

_____ Saturday Night (after dance) & Sunday Morning; CLEAN-UP!!
