____ Meet with class council

____ Verify the class florist with office

____ Pick the class color and/or flower

____ Decide on fundraisers

SEPTEMBER

____ Plan Homecoming float and hall decorations

____ Organize homecoming parade

____ Make signs for princesses, flower girl, and crown bearer’s car

____ Decide on parade marshal

____ Contact City Police, Mayor, City Clerk to get permission from City Council to hold parade. Send conformation letters.

____ Decide on parade line-up

____ Decide on arrival times for parade marshal, princesses, and floats

 

OCTOBER

____ Organize line-up for Homecoming Parade

____ Distribute princess signs - make sure they get attached to car. (Holes pre-punched, attach with fishing line.)

____ Supervise parade

 

JUNE

____ Provide and serve refreshments for graduation (cookies and punch)
