Mrs. Laura Lee Modesitt is a 1998 Graduate of Doddridge County High School after high school she attended West Virginia University where she graduated with a Masters in Secondary Education and a Bachelors in Interdepartmental Studies (Social Studies 5-12) in May 2003.
