New Student Orientation for 2006-2007 School Year: August 24th 7PM-9PM
First Day of School for 2006-2007 School Year: August 28th

IN COUNTY TRANSFERS

1. Must have moved to our zone or have permission of the board of education and the two principals.

2. Bring the following information with you to enroll.

A. Your 2007-08 Report Card
B. Your parents
C. A copy of the most recent WesTest (or other achievement tests)
D. Your 2 or 5 year plan if available
E. Special Ed. or 504 plan if you have them.

IN STATE (out of county)

All above information is required in addition to the following:
A. Your immunization records
B. Your birth certificate
C. You will also have to have a suspension/expulsion form notarized

RETURNING TO WEST VIRGINIA

All above information is required in addition to the following:
A. A TB test taken in the last 30 days.

FIRST TIME WEST VIRGINIA STUDENTS

All above information is required in addition to the following:
A. You must complete the screening with the county school health nurses within 30 days of the start of school. They may be contacted at 304-326-7304
