Adamston Elementary is a very well rounded school offering such amenities as a large gymnasium, fully equipped computer music lab (the first in the state), and 25 workstation computer lab.  Adamston boasts having one of the only elementary school auditoriums in the county. Each class is equipped with three to four computers using the Compass Learning System. Adamston also has a centralized library with a full time Librarian/Media Specialist where all books can be accessed using an online card catalog. Special services are offered at Adamston Elementary in the areas of Title I Reading and Math, speech, occupational therapy, physical therapy, autism, behavior disorders, and learning disabilities. Adamston hosts the county's Gifted Resource Center welcoming all gifted students from throughout Harrison County.
